Key Highlights
1. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Requests:
- All return and exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- No modifications or cancellations are possible after placement of the order.
- We will respond to your request within a minimum of 4 working days.
- Sale and last pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- The entire return and exchange process will take around 10-20 days.
- Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
Size and Product Exchange
Size Exchange
Free size exchanges are available at our Warehouse in New Delhi if you visit within 5 days of shipment delivery. We provide a size chart on our product page and encourage you to review it before placing your order. If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to us on our Instagram page or email orders@adizya.in for assistance.
For size issues after delivery, email orders@adizya.in within 5 days with your order number and details. A fee of INR 200 will apply for forward and reverse shipping. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn. Once the product reaches the warehouse and is inspected to be in original condition, we will ship the new product, subject to availability. If the product is not available, we will issue a store credit of the balance amount.
Product Exchange
In case of a product exchange, email orders@adizya.in within 5 days with your order number and details. A fee of INR 200 will apply for forward and reverse shipping. Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn. Once the product reaches the warehouse and is inspected to be in original condition, we will ship the new product, subject to availability. If the product is not available, we will issue a store credit of the balance amount.
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, email us at orders@adizya.in within 2 days with details, an order opening uncut video, and product images for verification. Once verified and approved, the return will be processed free of cost. If approved, we’ll arrange for a reverse pickup and dispatch a replacement if available. If not, a store credit will be issued, valid for 180 days.
What is not considered a product defect or damage?
Following are not considered product defect or damage :-
- Color Variations: Exchanges or returns due to color differences are not accepted. A 10-15% color variation may occur due to screen resolution and lighting.
- Material or Color Preference: Returns are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product. We encourage reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
- Change of Mind: Returns are not accepted for any reason related to a change of mind after placing the order.
International Orders
Orders from overseas are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Store Credit
Store credit will be issued once the returned items are received in their original condition. It is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
Request Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Email us at orders@adizya.in with your order number and reason for the request.
- Ensure that all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.
Additional Notes
- Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.
- Misprints and color variations are not considered defects; these are part of the handcrafted nature of our products.
- The company reserves the right to make final decisions regarding any returns and exchanges.
