We aim to ship all orders on the same or next day. Once dispatched, you'll receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp.
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic orders: Delivered within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
- International orders: We're not accepting international orders at this time.
Shipping Charges
- Prepaid orders above ₹999: Free shipping
- COD orders: ₹200 shipping fee applies

Delays & Stock Issues
Once your order is handed over to our delivery partner, we're unable to control transit times. We're not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including service disruptions or location accessibility.
In the rare case of a stock discrepancy, we'll reach out to you directly to help you decide on the best course of action.
Duties & Taxes
- GST is included in all prices shown on our website.
- For international orders, import duties and taxes at the destination country are the buyer's responsibility. Non-payment of these may result in non-delivery, for which Adizya cannot be held liable.
